Stephanie is absolutely amazing. We literally could not have done this without her. We came to Florida (from NJ) on Memorial Day Weekend in 2022 and Stephanie took us all over the area looking at new development and existing homes. She was available to us for the entire weekend, taking the time to answer whatever questions and concerns we had. But maybe what was most impressive and important to us was that she was completely unbiased as to whether or not moving was the right thing for us. It was clear that her only goal was to give us all of the information we needed so that we could make the choice for ourselves. Once we decided to build, Stephanie was our eyes and ears throughout the entire process. It is not an exaggeration to say that in Stephanie, we felt as if we had family taking care of our build while we were back in New Jersey. Moving to Florida has been such a life changing event for us. We are so grateful to Stephanie for her knowledge, her patience, and her friendship throughout this process. Her commitment to us has made what could have been a stressful experience as smooth as possible... and we can't imagine how we could have done this without her.
